At Just Dashes we guarantee your
satisfaction. All of the products we produce are
the very best available. If, for any reason, you
are not satisfied with the quality of any product
or restored part, you MUST return it within thirty
(30) days from the invoice date for a full credit,
exchange or refund. Parts can be returned for up
to twelve (12) months for service or rework if defects
are due to workmanship or materials.
Shipping and handling charges
will be quoted upon request, they are not included
in the restoration and reproduction prices. All
freight must be prepaid, no COD's will be accepted.
All US orders will be shipped via U.P.S. unless
otherwise specified. Ground service, Next Day Air,
2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Select are available. Oversized
items are packages measuring over 84" in length,
in which an additional charge is added by U.P.S.
However, items over 108" in length or those over
70lbs. will be accepted by U.P.S. at a very high
freight rate and usually will need to be shipped
by motor freight. Utmost attention is given to your
valuable parts, therefore all boxes are insured
for their full value.
How to Package Your Parts
Please box up parts carefully
so that they are not damaged in shipping. Be sure
to include your phone number, return address, vehicle
year, make and model as well as a color sample (if
applicable) with your parts.
Should you wish to return any item
for any reason, please call first. All returns must
be shipped freight prepaid, no COD's will be accepted.
All returns must be carefully boxed in original packaging
materials, and be sent with a copy of the invoice.
You will be held responsible for improper packaging
and resulting damage. For a full credit parts must
be returned within 30 days from the invoice date,
and in re-saleable condition, otherwise a restocking
charge will be applied.
